MA crafted gloves question

I'm interested in those gloves but i'm not sure whats the best possible mods i should look for,

i need

+2 Martial Arts
20 % IAS
and life leech plus crushing blow
but im not sure whats the best possible crushing blow and life leech possible with these gloves.
does anyone have an idea of what can be the best possible results?

i think i made once +2MA,20ias,3%ll,7%cb and 11%mf.

best mods would be like....

+2 MA skill
20IAS
%LL as high as you can get ( i've never crafted any higher than a 4% )
%CB as high as you can get ( 10% CB would be perfect )
+ str / dex / life ( would be nice as bonus, of course get as high as you can possible get )
resist ( more resist won't really hurt much, favourite resist is cold and lightning )

i think you can craft one with triggers that activates on striking ie; % to cast nova on striking, % to cast chain lightning on striking........ not a must but its nice to have just for the fun of it.

you can get up to 10% CB and 6% LL with blood crafted gloves.

I have never crafted items before... what is the formula to make such gloves and can you yield the same results for +2 shadow instead? Sorry if this is an abused question.

Perfect Ruby + Nef + Jewel + Heavy Gloves (or Sharkskin gloves, or Vambraces)

+2 shadow is not a possible mod on gloves. Only Martial Arts for assassins.

All 3 ama trees and MA skills can spawn upon gloves. +3 on magic gloves , +2 on rare / crafted.

ps.
Technicly +1 fire skills can spawn aswell , but those gloves are called magefists. :D
