Please someone help me...

i can't understand how to read IAS tables for assassins. i have a kicker and i want to know what the breakpoints are for kicking speed. i'm using bartucs and stormshield.

What kind of kicker? DTalon or DTail?

The top of the table denotes the WSM column you should use(in this case, -30 for Bartuc), and the leftmost column of the table denotes BoS level(in this case, 0, since you're using Fade). For example, if you were using DTail you would need 187% IAS.
