MA 'SIn a quick question from a man in need

guys i made loads of assassin since 1.10 but never made a ma sin. i want to use tigerstrike and dragon tail.

howeever i have some problems with the weapon choice, i got 2x perfect bartucs. and i never enden up using them, so i want to use them, but im not sure if this build is good for bartucs, the items i was thinking of using are,

chains of honor, coa, maras, raven, bul ring, shadow dancers, crafted +2 ma gloves, verdungos. and on the weapon swithc cta and lidless. however this is purely for pvm and not for duelling. just to have some fun.
and skills i was thinking of maxing were;
20 tigerstrike, 20 dragon tail, 20 claw mastery, 20 shadow master, and rest dump on venom... oh and i will use 10 ma skiller charms...
so basically is this good build with a claw, or should i use something like doom or botd in ba with a storm or so, res is no problem.

All your equipment is good for a MA build even the bartucs for the boost to your MA skills, I have to say Im still trying to get my hands on a CoH as well as the MA skillers. I would make sure though that you put points into weapon block if your going C/C as well as BoS. There is the C/S alternative too. Also for a TS/Dtailer build I wouldn't recommend putting 20 into claw mastery being that your claws will only be used to charge your skills. IMO the only time I would put 20 points into claw mastery is if I was using DTalon as the finishing move. I'm also not sure if venom is the best choice for a TS/DTailer either but thats just my opinion and I'm sure others might disagree. I like PS synergized with CoT or BoI as backup. If your looking for an excellent guide though on the TS/DTailer build I would recommend Wildjinn's guide at the strategy compendium http://strategy.diabloii.net/news.php?id=540 . I Matriarched an assassin of this type and they are a lot of fun. Good luck I hope I helped out.

Agreed, except I think you meant Dragon CLAW, not Talon.

Tiger Strike will give you plenty of AR, and claws won't be your damage source - don't bother with Claw Mastery. Venom also won't really do much for your overall damage output. Try going to Phoenix Strike and Claws of Thunder. That will give you a VERY powerful lightning attack to compliment your main fire attack. :thumbsup:
