Victory for the lowly Fire Druid

i am fresh off taking myself all the way through hell, solo with my new Fire Druid. topped off with slaying hell baal with a barage of firestorms, i have rarely been so pleased with a character build. it further compounds the fun to hear hammerdins and blizzard sorcs in baal runs asking great questions like "OMG?" and "WTF?"

anyway, if anyone has considered making one, they are great fun and a little outside the norm :)

Excellent. :) Nice to see an underdog come out on top. Fire is so much cooler than Wind, anyways. :D

My skill choice maximizes my ability to do physical damage and ranged fire damage. I tried 'geddon on another druid, and was not a fan, but that's just personal preference.

1 Cyclone Armor
1 Raven
1 Spirit Wolves
1 Dire Wolves
1 Grizzly Bear

Helm: Ravenlore (-20 fire res/15 resist all, with a 15 resist all jewel in it)
Armor: Up'd Vipermagi (32 res, with a 14 all resist 9 dex jewel in it)
Weapon: Hoto (30... but i made it myself, runes and all :))
Shield: SS (with a req -15% jewel)
Belt: Trang's
Rings: 2 Sojs
Ammy: +3 elemental +38 life ammy
Gloves: Magefist
Boots: Waterwalks

Using an Anni, 2 Summoning Charms, and a few 40 life grand charms and small resist ones. Have a Holy Freeze Merc using Reaper's, Duriel's, and Tal's Mask.

Merc can kill a lot of FIs, grizzly occupies them but doesn't damage them a lot, and with 680 phys dmg per ball with volcano and over 1k phys dmg on the boulder, i can kill a fair number of FIs :)

Edit: Also Det, my merc's Reaper helps kill fire immunes, making my physical damage do 50% more when they are decrepified.
