for lvl 14 pally 8-10 small life charms ethereal 6 socket (or will get 6 socket) superior great maul. 2 x 15-20% ed/-req jewels, 4 19-20% ed jewels, 5 9 max jewels 4 7-8 max jewels. Cow king boots.

for lvl 25 kicker: 13-15 small life charms 2 x 20% ed jewels, and nice rare life/mana ring and 20% faster run/walk rare war boots

Just a quick tip if you're interested. I would use that 65ed pally shield and make a 1 hand charger using clegs sword which has 50% deadly strike. You can do very good damage with that setup. You can go lvl 14 lvl 18 or lvl 21. These pallys are really effective against most classes except for kickers. Good luck1
