hey i was wondering if using 2 angelic rings and 1 ammy would be any different from using 1 each. for example, would the ar bonus stack or something? or would you get the bonuses from using 3 set items? sorry if i sound noobish but i just came back to d2 recently and i still have many things to learn about the new patch. thanks in advance.

You get the AR bonus for each ring, but since it still counts as 2 set items you do not get the mf bonus ( requires 3 different set items).

whoa so that means if you have say a 600 bonus on ar with one ring you would get another 600 if you equip another? cool.

Yep, It works wonders fo base dex builds.

Ditto on what Capn_Fubar stated. I have been using this for a while now, and found that with my pally wearing two rings, the ammy and zeal/fanat on the AR bonus is around 19-20K. I figure that's why the hell chars want arm + Leg + balls for the ammy

LOL, I used to give the damn things away..since I would find so many of them running Mephisto and stuff. I really was tired of keeping them. LOL.

This is required knowledge for Classic players who don't need any dex for block %

There is no reason for any non-Amazon classic player to ever spend a point in dex.

Angelic rings are very plentiful and cheap, it's the ammy that's the toughest part of the set that might cost you some (don't throw that piece away).

I've been getting Angelic Ammy out the wazoo MFing lately. So many, in fact, I have more of them than I do Angelic Halos. ;( Certainly not helped by every Set Ring being Cathan's, but still.
