Weird Small Charm From Hell Baal

So I just got a sc from Hell baal and it turned out to be a sc of winter (4-8). I decided to reroll it and after the third time It became a sc of craftmanship with 1 to max dmg, but heres the weird part: the clvl req is 77 O_o
Whats up with that???

Well, it's consistent with arreat summit information --- seems that +1 min/max damage SMALL charms need lvl 90 charms, so a high level requirement doesn't seem to be that unlikely.

Maybe Blizzard thought that these affixes are great, who knows.

In that case, shouldnt fine small charms be around clvl 80 req?

Some of the affix's setup isn't into the "normal" category (which means higher level requirement should have better bonus on charms)...

Such as the one you mentioned "+1 max damage" on small charm. Well it is a valid affix set by Blizzard, and I think not many people know why they have done so. The "+3 max damage" damage is available at level 21 already...

Consider it a non-sense :lol: ! I remember, back in 1.09, I once crafted gloves with 108 clvl requirement :lol: !

I do believe the +1 is meant to be that high, seeing as with that mod its possible to have +4 max/20 ar

i made a fine small charm of craftmenship in 1.09 4max/16ar, traded it for a # of runes
