Do hurricanes stack on a wind druid in the same way you can stack blizzards etc on a sorc..or do you just have a single hurricane for longer duration due to it's synergies?

The Hurricane just stays for a longer time. No two or three Hurricanes running at the same time, unfortunately. :p

You just have to recast it much less frequently with high synergies.

No, it just refreshes the timer.
