Since next delay for most damage is 4 frames, which got me wondering. Does the damage delay distinguish between different damage sources, or it's simply 4 frames till taking next damage? In other words, if two zealots both have 4 frame zeal and attack the same target simultaneously, does the target receive damage from both attacker, or one of the attacker's damage is nullified?

AFAIK it doesn't distinguish between damage sources. But I may be wrong, so let's wait 'till somebody else clears it up.

So if that's true, a zealot can render other characters in game useless? I kinda doubt that would be the case though, as in a 8 player game a lot of damage would be useless.
Any expert would like to lend his knowlodge?
It's my understanding that the source does not matter. A shock web trapper can render many zons and druids to be nearly useless.
I didn't see any paladin skills with a NextDelay trigger (besides the Holy Bolts on FoH) in the source I have...
- edit -
Zeal does not have a NextDelay of 4 frames, but it has a maximum speed of 4 frames - very different.

Hmm, okay, bad example, always thought there was one on every skill. :p
But I guess chain lighting/LF/shock web dosen't mix in MP games.
