Max drop from countess is Lo.

Max special drop (guaranteed rune drop) is Ist.

I believe Meph can drop ber, so meph and onward for the other runes.

If you need a quick Lum-Um, it might be worth to run the hell countess some dozens of times, although you could also do 3-4x as much Meph runs instead and find stuff that is worth more than Um and trade for the rune.

Meph can drop up to Cham.

The best way to find high runes is to kill a few millions of regular monsters in act 4-5 (especially ghosts, wraiths etc.) and in the high level areas in lower acts (pits, ancient tunnels etc.). Running single monsters just for high runes isn't worth it, as killing 20 regular monsters will give you better chances.

If you read the postings here mentioning Lo, you will notice that are about the hell countess and she can't drop any better than Lo.

Anybody here knows that there are Sur, Ber, Jah, Cham and Zod runes as well, of course.

I'm not right just because I have a high post count. In fact I already wrote several things which were wrong. However, in the two mentioned cases I'm quite sure that I'm right.

There are several people with a lower post count who know more about the game than me. It depends on the quality of postings.

Wow, that made sense ladies and gentlemen. Make sense please, how am I wrong? Its a theory countess drops up to Lo, but you arent 100% sure about that, so why get rude "BrianK" ?

Your the one who judged me by my post count

Weird fact: The Countess' minions drop up to Zod.

There are several people with a lower post count who know more about the game than me. It depends on the quality of postings.
