It basically says that no IAS counts unless it is weapon IAS.
On the chart it shows no gains from getting 70 non weapon IAS. Why is that?
The chart just makes non weapon IAS pointless?? Is it?????
i think you need to put in the weapons base ias. such as a pb which has -30 ias [but on the calc u need to put 30, not -30] no matter what weapon your using be sure to add in your weapons base ias. i dont think you can put in outside waepon ias and expect to get any results because that calculater is used to find your frames when using a weapon.. putting nothing where the weapon ias is wont give any results

If you're speaking of dragoon's calc, then yes it is correct. OIAS doesn't make a difference on shifted druids unless you're using a very slow two-hander.

Not True! It can make a difference on bears especially!

only when you're using slow weapons. for example, a shael'd lightsabre won't go any faster no matter how much OIAS you have if you're already swinging at 7frame, IIRC.
