CTA question

Hi all.

Here is what diabloii.net has to say about CTA:

Call To Arms
Amn + Ral + Mal + Ist +Ohm
All Weapons

+2 To All Skills
+40% Increased Attack Speed
+200-240% Enhanced Damage (varies)
Adds 5-30 Fire Damage
7% Life Stolen Per Hit
+1-6 To Battle Command
+1-3 To Battle Orders
+1-2 To Battle Cry
Prevent Monster Heal
Replenish Life +12
30% Better Chance of Getting Magic Items

How come when i did it on a SP char i get this:

+1 to all Skills instead of +2?
+5 BO when you can get only +3 max?
+3 BC when you can get only +2 max?

Diabloii.net hasnt been updated in a very very long time, so I wouldn't trust the site at all as their have been a lot of changes.

Battle.net (The Arreat Summit) is the official site of Diablo ii strategy and includes the most recent updates and is the most reliable place for information.

Yup, never use Diabloii.net for looking up itemsstats ;)
Arreat Summit can be wrogn sometimes too, but its less likely.
