Well the untwinked group, Elite Eight, set off towards Guardianship on Monday. The group included Ben(Assassin) Weed(Barbarian) Capo(Avenger) War(Charger) Tron(Zealot) and myself(Cleric) Our group theme is two handed melee and so far its going pretty well. On Monday we began with 5(Tron was missing) and we tore through act 1, killing anything and everything in our path. Of course during the destruction Ben was booted(4 times?) and we were doing so well casual conversation was going on. First we argued over George Bush and John Kerry(My character name is GeorgeBussh, Weed's is JohnKerrry) then it carried over to the Cowboys/Titans game that was going on. We finally arrived at Andy and ripped her apart in a few moments. Of course the Demon Queen dropped us nothing but crap. We stopped there for the night hoping that Tron would catch up at the next meeting.
We began again tonight, again with 5(Weed was missing) and only got through the sewers and grabbed the cube. Ben had a close death in the sewers because of connection problems but that was about the only scary part. So far we havn't had a set or unique item drop :rant: but I'm sure that a few IK Mauls and GF's will drop soon enough. The night ended with the cube in our possession and Ben crying about the Gambling screen not refreshing :lol:
We still are looking for two more people. We play Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 8 pm eastern and meet in the channel Elite Eight at about 7:50. If you'd like to join, we'd love to have you, I'm already having a great time and so far...no deaths :thumbsup: Only requirement is that you must use a two handed weapon and be melee. Would be interesting to see a necromancer own baal with a huge maul in both hands or an enchantress wielding a two handed sword :worship: If you'd like to meet some cool people and have a very fun...and interesting time, post here and if at all possible get to the act 2 cube quest by thursday at 8pm eastern. We can always catch you up if need be. Hope to see you there.
