Probably what I'll end up doing with it too, but for a plain magical item, it's one of the better things I've seen from this game.

If you were to spend a socket quest on it, get 2 sockets, pop 2x 15% res all 7% FHR jewels into it (or something to that extent), it really would be a stylish helm and arguably better than a snarko so long as you don't intend to MF. Of course then you'd have to spend 2 very very nice jewels to make a helm that's only arguably better than a shako, and only to some people.

Circlets can be quite nice too. Last night I picked up a blue circlet from NM Eld and it was +3 cold skills 87 life. Traded it for a SS that turned into a shako and war travs for my necro.

Always pick up circlets :thumbsup:

ive got one similar to it but the its a cromatic coronet of the elephant. it would be sweet for hcl. too bad its on scnl, so i dont have a use for it.

Dont seel the thing, hell I will give ya 200k for it or more if ya need. Its a "baby Shako" Any poor sorc would love it. Ill buy it and give to a friend or trade it to some poor sorc for a few gems.

My favorite magic item this season would be my ethereal Cruel Conquest Sword of Slaughter. I think it's slaughter.. 19 max damage. However, the ED is only 209%. >< It's like back in 1.09 i found an ethereal Cruel War Javalin of Swiftness. 289/30... on a war javalin. -.- I'm very lucky in finding items, but they are about 90% crap %s or crap base items, 9% near perfects, and 1% in the middle.

My Best find in Season one which i never did anythign with and i should of was a 298% Rare that could of been upped to be a Mancatcher. It had (2) sockets and 20 IAS already. I just never felt like spending the runes on it and building the build, but in hindsite that could of been one fine weapon.

Only godly rare ive found was 322 ed rare Ogre axe with 8 max , ethereal and repairs, lvl 48 req.
