1) You forgot to tell what you want to do. I assume bonemancer.
2) Points in Armor-synergies are MORE EFFECTIVE than points in armor. So, leave bone armor at 1 and max wall.
3) even with +skills, or golem will be of no use. Add another point in golem mastery and summon resist.
4) You don't seem to use curses. If you get along without, fine...

if its pvp, you want decrep!

IM is hardly effective in pvp (specially against those with max DR) so the best route would be:

20 Teeth
20 Bone Spear
20 Bone Spirit
20 Bone Wall
0-20 Bone Prison (if you're not using marrowwalk bug, then put 20 here, if not, leave it empty)
Then you're free to choose what else to get (you can get decrep or you can get a golem and revives for those pubby duels, its fun to have like 15 cold immune minions when facing a bliz sorc)

no its not a good build, why? you dont have 125% faster cast. This is what makes or breaks a good pvp build, im assuming here...but anyways, you need that 125 cast to go agaisnt any decent necro

iron maiden is only effective at insanely high levels, (30+) and when you have an army of skeletons with you.

but wait.. that's not a real dueler..

anyway, i suggest one point in every curse since all curses have their uses.

i mean you will PvM sooner or later and nothing is worse than dying with all that godly gear you have. it's like a slap in the face.

amp dmg for melee partners
iron maiden for... heh..
life tap for melee partners or PvP partner
lower resist for elemental buddies (like they every need it..)
weaken for Private duels
decrepify for ooo so many uses.
terror for.. scaring away monsters who are guarding your corpse..
dim vision for... i dont know i almost never use it.
confuse for... i dont know i almost not ever use it.
attract... cast it on one soul, the rest of the souls ignore you.

i agree with the 125% FCR thing. if you have that much you will apprecitat the speed the spirits or spear come out.

i was recently in a game with a necro who had similar gear as you. he was like WOW I FOUND A WIZARDSPIKE, LOL NOOB WEAPON. im like what do you use? BONESHADE I LOVE GODLY +SKILLS I CAN DO 6k DAMAGE!!!! WHO NEEDS SPEED WHEN I HAVE DAMAGE I PWN YOU.

so i borrowed my friends 125% FCR bone mancer. whiel dueling i didnt even bother teleporting, i finsihed the guy off by running around evading his projectiles then shooting very quickly at him. after he lost he was like OMG DO YOU LIKE (four letter synonym for "rooster")????? then he left.

unless you want to be associated with that kind of person, I suggest you get 125% FCR or try not to brag about your gear.

correction, people do NOT obtain 125% faster cast to "shoot bone spears faster" they obtain 125% faster cast to teleport faster. you can ask any godly bone necro, you will teleport more than you will ever shoot projectiles

Wrong. Most NvN duels are determined by spear exchanges. Therefore 125 beats 75 nine times out of ten.

I just recently learnt that clay golem is good
should I put my skill pts to clay golem and golem mastery at this stage?
or just start a new one instead?

You might want to re-make, I'm afraid. Revive, Clay Golem, and Golem Mastery are all one-point wonders - one in each is very useful, but put no more than 1 in any of them. Also, don't put points in poison skills if you're specializing in bone.
