Lightning fcr break-points question

ok I believe lightning does have different breakpoints due to testing i have done. noticeable increase in speed at these breakpoints provided by Mule:

"FCR - frames
0 - 19
7 - 18
15 - 17
23 - 16
37 - 15
52 - 14
78 - 13
117 - 12
The next one should be pratically impossible and I don't know it."

i really need to know that next one. i have done google searches but come up with nothing any1 know where to find out or knows the answer :P

I have a 200 FCR Light Sorc on Open and it was still the same speed.

Faster cast rate:

0-8% - 13fpc (frames per cast)
9-19% - 12fpc
20-36% - 11fpc
37-62% - 10fpc
63-104% - 9fpc
105-199% - 8fpc
200+% - 7fpc

Faster cast rate – (chain) lightning:
0 - 19fpc
7 - 18fpc
15 - 17fpc
23 - 16fpc
37 - 15fpc
52 - 14fpc
78 - 13fpc
117 - 12fpc

I think also for Lightning and Chain Lightning the breakpoint is 200, BUT!!! Its not possible to get over 200FCR anyway. So if it should be higher, that wont change a thing.

The maximum in FCR you can reach is 200. No higher rate is possible with items, unless you make then yourselves if you play on Single Players.

20 circlet (30 for .08 valk)

So 210. Though you'd think 200 would be about the next breakpoint as the regular breakpoint is already 200, while those BP's rise faster.

yeh i can hit 210% but i was thinkin it might be a bit below or something like 180 :P much easier to get. But yeh i guess ill just have to test it.

u can also hit 205 cuz Griffons gives 25% if u dont like usin .08s
