would a cl/fo or a meteor/fo do better baaling? or should i choose a different kind?

I'd vouch for Meteorb out of those 2 aswell.
Preference out of that would go to pure Blizzard Sorc.

id rather not do a pure blizzard...its too hard lvling merc/normal questing...plus the cold immune skelleton things may be a problem. so i guess illl remake my cl/fo sorc into a meteorb...(i think the minions are easier with cl, but baal himself will go down much faster with fire skills)

agreed with last person.. baal would definetly die faster with fire skills, but with the minions, I'd definetly go with the fo/cl sorc. I have a pure fire sorc and baal running is hell, especially when lister's gang comes around, I tele in, static a few times, then hide out in a corner.

Meteor/Blizzard has my vote. She's level 81 now, doing 3 player Baal runs and pretty much outpowers my level 90 Meteorb sorc.

Blizzard 20, Ice Blast 20, Fireball 20, Meteor 20, SF 1, Tele 1, FM 1, CM 1+ should be done at level 83. Rest of the points towards Fire Bolt, Glacial Spike or Cold Mastery. This build is a more powerful Baal runner than Meteorb in my experience.

what kind of damage do you skills do zarhrezz? i may do that, but i really dont like blizz as a skill (i know how powerful it is, i had one last ladder) as much as i like FO (althought it probably is a lot more powerful)

Right now, at level 86, listed damage is:

FB: 4997-5471
Meteor: 10989-11468 + 1015-1068 per second for 21.0 seconds
IB: 1090-1134 (-100% enemy cold resist)
Blizzard: 2346-2453 (-100% enemy cold resist)
