How much should I have ???

For most sorcs, i think 30 or 42 is the right amount, even though its not crucial. Try to get one or two +skill gc's with 7fcr and that, along with equipment, will bring you up to a decent breakpoint.

I guess you mean FHR ;) and not FCR.
