how do u make a cracket item normal?

hey, i saw some guy on here that had a cracked archon plate, and used a cube recipe to make it normal, then that recipe made the ilvl=1 then he went to larzuk and was garenteed 3os, i need to know the cube recipe so i can do the same, i think it had to do with chipped gems

1 El Rune + 1 Chipped Gem + Low Quality Armor = Normal Quality Armor of same type
