Hey all!
A friend and I will be exping together and I'm trying to figure out what build might go best with his skelemancer. I'm wanting something that kills based primarily on skills since this will be untweaked, ie scorceress, hammardin, elementalist, trapasin, bonemancer ... Or something else entirely, or something I have forgotten. Just wondering what will compliment him the best and figured you all would have the experience to give an informed opinion. :thumbsup:

In a killing role:
Lightning Trapper.
Fireball-Blizzard Sorc (there *will* be enough corpses)
Lightning(the lvl 12 skill)-FrozenOrb Sorc (see previous note)
In a support role:
A Paladin. Oh yes. Oh my. Oh yes. Size (of the aura) does matter!
A Kicker with Crushing Blow (you kill everything else, they kill bosses :)
A Warcries-Berserk Barb (yodelling volo?)
A Hydra Sorc
Of course one of you should have the might merc, the other one the blessed aim merc.
Hammerdin would be cute, with his Concentration Aura up, and might and blessed aim from the mercs. Or Fanaticism.
Amazon and Druid don't really add much (Heart of the Wolverine???). Martial Arts (other than a kicker) seem like a waste of time.
You want someone to either take out bosses, or physical immunes, or boost the Skellies.
Cleric might be interesting... they slap up a huge Prayer aura, or Meditation (while the Necro goes wild with mega Corpse Explosions).

How about a bow using enchantress? 15 enchanted skellies and 30 enchanted revives sound rather interesting if you ask me. Heck, gogo 5000 damage clay golem! :flip:
For my skelliemancer I dream about a Zealot with Maxed Fanaticism and a Thorns Merc. That would increase the skellie and revive damage output so much and it would be really safe for him. With crushing blow he'd kill bosses so fast that you'd hardly notice them - Uber Diablo beware. And with a point or two in Cleansing after battle he can get rid of poison and curses quicker than a trip to a healer in town. There is no better companion.

I'm doing a skelliemancer now together with a friend who runs a conviction/hammer pala. I use beast + might merc so its a killer combo with his hammers, my conviction/might/fanatism skellies... it works really great
