Quick Question on Trangs Set

According to Arreat's Summit if I have 2 parts of Trang'ouls set I get +whatever to Fire Ball(or maybe it is Bolt, dunno) but, my question is do I get that skill or do I have to wait until I get the full set and turn into a vampire?

Also which part of the set is the easiest to get and which is the hardest?

Well thats helpful since I got the belt and the helm already. Just got to get to a higher lvl

also if you just put on enough stuff to get fireball and then put on moonfall your fireball does 500 damage

Concerning your question on the rarity of the parts of the set:

The Belt and Helm are usually considered the hardest parts of the Trangs set to find since they can't be dropped by Hell Meph (IIRC). You normally have to run Pindle, the Pit (or equivalent high level areas) to get those parts. The other parts of the set can be gotten by magic find runs on Meph and will also drop in Late Nightmare as well.
