V/t Optimization with limited level

Hi im planning to make a V/t i noticed in the guide that there should be some optimization of holy lightning with FOH.

The pally im making is going to end up around lvl 85 so i count on having about 97 stat points after quests. So what should i place these in
basically i have

20 smite
20 hs
20 fanat

the hard part is decideing what to do with the 37 points left
in
??? FOH
??? holy shock
??? Conviction.

Im not dueling just pure pallys so most classes probably wont have max stacked light resist

also looking at +10 skills :( yea i know im poor until i find that jah rune : (. Its been so long since calculus i cant remember how to optimize his equation but i think 20/10 is the best optimization fo rme

the guide simply said (1-20) or "optimize it" which is what im asking since the guide did not explain
