Best place to get these items...

If I'd thought ahead, I would have just made this thread and included the Reaper's Toll. *sigh*

Thanks to a little luck and some very generous giveaways, I have many of the main items that I'd like for my upcoming characters. There's still some missing, though, that I'd like to find. Where's the best place to find these? I don't have ATMA so I can't check the drop calculator.

EDIT: most of these is from experience, not from statistics (I'm too lazy to get my ATMA.. besides I think experience is more useful than some numbers of probability)

For many of the exceptional uniques you mention, NM Baal actually has the best odds. However Meph runs are usually faster than Baal runs. Hell Meph offers the chance of getting elite uniques - NM Meph a slightly smaller pool of possible items he can drop.

Items above TC78 can't be dropped by Hell Meph - to find them you'll need to run Hell Pindleskin, Diabo or Baal, or alternatively some of the level 85 areas (such as the Pit).

Andariel is your best option for jewellry.
