seriously .... 3 socketed armor, Jah, Ith and Ber runes.

Okay and I have another question
1.In my D2 book why doesn't it list JAH, only thing I see is Jo.
2.Where can I most likely find these runes?
3.Does it matter what mode?
4.I have completed the act5 stop siege quest and was able to go up to the barbarian smith and add sockets.I have done this for all acts except hell, is there another way to add sockets?

Ok atma is telling me that I have like a 1:23354 chance of getting ber jah and ith from izual and thats my best chance against a monster.So should I just rush people in NM for helforge?

You won't get BER and JAH from a hellforge --- IIRC, the highest one is GUL from hell-hellforge.

So you'd need to rush a lot of people to cube up to BER and JAH :-) Even more if you use nightmare-hellforge...

Unless you get very very lucky, you are not going to be able to find the runes for enigma on your own. My advice would be to trade items for runes, cube runes, whatever to get 3-4 ists, then trade the ists for a ber, repeat with jah.

The cracked silver lining is that ith is easy to find :)

ya my friend just go his first ladder enigma the other day. He traded 5 ists for ber which was a rip off but he was desperate. and he traded more for the jah. pretty expensive for my taste. lol.
