I'm going to make a Ladder mf zon to run pit/choas/ maybe even baal (if im feeling dangerous ;) ) and through some trading have aquired myslef a wf. now i have some decisions to make on my skills.
Garunteed points:
16 valk
2/3/3 DAE
6/4/5 c/p/p
now i was planning on making a FA/strafer/multi zon
Should i just stick to either ms/strafe to get more dmg for FA, or is it better all around to have an array of attacks, where depending on the situation i would use multi or strafe.
was thinking:
9 ms
15 strafe
20 FA
14 CA
but any suggestions? ( done at lvl 90)
For equip i really like 9 frames with wf so here is what i have planned:
helm:steal(ptopaz)
wpn: Wf (shael or if i get lucky some ed/ias jewel)
Ammy: highlords
Rings: nagel/raven
Armour: 4 x topaz armour
Boots: travs
Gloves: LOH
Belt: goldwrap
that leaves me at 100 ias 10 over the last bp but thats alright. if there is any glaring mis-equip on there could u just post a suggestion.
thanks for you help.

1) Multi or strafe, pick one.
2) FA is good, but you should be sure to invest in the synergy for more damage. Duration can be gained from items of charms with cold damage.
3) Instead of LOH you might want to gamble for a 20IAS glove with skills, dex, resists, and/or mf.
4) You will have high str already, why not go for Skullder's or Tal armor? Skullder's will give you +1 to all skills and Tal Rasha will give you resists. Both give you more mf.
5) On the WF, I'd go with shael. I'm not sure why everyone else always says this, but at least IMO since your breakpoints are basically divisible by 10 then that 15IAS/ED jewel is really a 10IAS/ED jewel to you.
Overall, if I were you (and I'm not) I would first try a pure strafer. See, the cold damage from FA will hit all the time but the physical damage will not unless you make the roll. Penetrate is so crucial it is hard to make a good zon out of FA + MS/strafe. You have to do it very carefully so you hit the monsters enough to be effective.
EDIT: Also, IMHO Lycanders is a cheaper and better alternative for a build involving FA. The +skill really boosts the damage and can also help with your probable lack of investment in Penetrate.
Valkyrie gets an elite weapon at level 17, so you may want one extra point in there. Otherwise she will run around with an exceptional spear which does good damage too but of course noticably less than an elite. She will get an exceptional weapon at level 8, so if you don't want an elite spear you can keep her at 8 and save some skillpoints.
20 freezing arrow with a level 14 synergy is good enough. You can do with only 5 or 10 points synergy if you shoot a few arrows and have your leeching going well. So you may be able to save a few skillpoints there. Invest in dexterity and use attack rating gear/charms to get about 80% chance to hit with strafe. You can use some points in penetrate to get to such a percentage but you don't have to max out penetrate. Most strafers have it between level 8 and 15. Pierce is quite handy for strafe and freezing arrow. I suggest a percentage of about 65%.
Some +passive bonus would be nice because then you don't have to invest a lot of points in the passive tree.
Most obvious thing to me would also be to choose either MS OR Strafe, not both.
Maybe MS would be better suited here, a s you are a bit more flexible with your equipment, when it comes to speed. As you say yourself, you want the 9 frames attack. IIRC, WF is a [10] bow, which gives you 9/3 Strafe at 89 IAS and 9/2 at 120.

I used to play with around 15 points in MS when I had a WF in 1.09, but these days on ladder I only have a WWS or Riphook, so I prefer strafe.
Really up to preference I'd say

if you are softcore, which i think you may be, then i'd strongly suggest having base D/A/E and letting +skill pump them up. This will free you up a few more skill points. Even if you feel you may need to pop a few in D/A/E at least hold off aslong as possible before commiting yourself to spending them as you may find you can survive easier than you thought.
If you are HC, then it's my (limited) understanding that 2/3/3 may be on the low side.

yeah the problem with suggesting these + skills to my build is that I will only have Highlords. I just really started ladder traded NL anni for it, so i wont have to many items, skulders is definitly out of my league atm but once i have mfed or maybe get an ist from the hellforge i will replace some of this gear
