What build is it? Rabies or Fury or Fireclaws, etc?

If you do Rabies, might be good to try out Cerebus' Bite and aim for 90+% OW. If you do, you'll have to think of something for elemental resistance though (prolly add points to Cyclone Armor). Trang's gloves can help to improve the poison damage or Dracul's Grasp for the OW depending on your liking (Dracul's should be better for PvP IMO since a properly synergised Rabies is pretty good already). Grisworld's Caddy can get you the best speed and is pretty good with 4x 40/15s.

I'll try to mention only gears that are easier to find for weapons. Other weapons may also include:
Shael'ed Stormlash (A much faster Shaeffer's Hammer)
Horizon's Tornado (May wanna consider Eth'ing it)
Windhammer (Same as above but you'll need to give up the use of a shield. I think there's a bug that will synergise Cyclone Armor with Twister too. Can anyone verify?)
Shael'ed Death Cleaver (Good for 66% DS but may be harder to get)
Shael'ed Fleshripper (Slightly slower than the weapons mentioned above but has great mods and is pretty cool if your opponents don't mind the Slow Target mod)

More economic ones may include:
Shael'ed Razor's Edge (Works well for 50% DS and OW; and cheap. But the range seems to be too short)
Shael'ed Dangoon's Teaching (Heaven's set weapon)
Shael'ed Baranar's Star (Bonus to AR with some of each elemental damage)

Other gear suggestions:
Helm - Cerebus' Bite
Armor - Upped Shaft, Leviathan, Stone (for FHR), Duress (for FHR and other great mods! Preferred.*), Toothrow (for OW)
Shield - Stormshield
Belt - Thundergod's Vigor (aim for max lightning resis, i.e. 85, depending on which difficulty you PvP)
Gloves - Dracul's Grasp (for OW), Trang's Claws (for poison increase), Upped Bloodfist (for 30FHR)
Boots - Goreriders, Shadow Dancer's (for 30FHR), Sandstorm Trek (for 20FHR and +vitality)
Amulet - Angelic ammy (for using with Angelic ring(s)), Highlord's Wrath (if you want to boost DS), Cat's Eye (to better chase down your opponents)
Rings (a combination of the ones stated) - Angelic ring (for using with Angelic ammy), Raven's Frost, Carrion Wind (Twister on striking helps but not sure if it does conflict the Windhammer bug mentioned above. Can anyone help to provide insights to this? :) It can provide bugged synergies to Rabies from Poison Creeper though.)

I'd aim for 90+% OW with Rabies and 86FHR. Summons may be less important but I guess having ravens around would be cool especially when the poison works their life down to 1.

I've not much experience with PvP WW myself though so it's really just some of my suggestions for your consideration. Hope it helps. :)

I think he means that unlike other poison attacks rabies can actual bring you to 0 life unlike poison nova for example.

It's much harder to duel with only a 2-hander, but if you want to do so then by all means go ahead. If you're using the two-hander then of course shaftstop is a must for DR.

The angelics combo is very nice if you need AR, but otherwise highlords is the ammy of choice for DS.

Not too sure on gloves, sorry.

Verdungos is the best choice IMO.

Good luck and have fun.

It's a shame you don't get style points in wereform though. No one can see what you use :hanky:
Personally I think wolf form is pretty stylish anyhow.

Anyways, if you go 2 handed then you're gonna have to get a decent amount of %DR from armor and belt. Meaning you're pretty much limited to Shaftstop/Leviathan and Verdungos/String of Ears.

If you go 1 hand with a stormshield and use Shaft/Levi, then you can use a trang belt which will provide more life than a verdungo after you shift, and cannot be frozen, which will free up a ring slot.

Then you can use Highlords + 2x ravenfrost, or Angelic ammy + 2x Angelic rings.
I have a Rabies/Fury wolf and I opted for the Trang belt over Verdungos because I have max DR from Shaft and Stormshield. Since 1 of my ring slots is taken by Carrion wind, I like to have that extra slot open to different choices besides Ravenfrost.
But if you use 2 hand, then you should go with a Verdungo for DR.

As for gloves, I personally think Bloodfists are the best gloves in the game if you don't absolutely need massive IAS (which you don't, since only Weapon IAS matters).
You get a great boost to life, a lot of FHR and even some min dmg. Really can't go wrong with a pair of Bloodfists.

I guess I've been away from this game for too long. =P Why didn't I think of bloodfists? With bloodfists and jalals, reaching the 86fhr bp will be much easier. I absolutely love reaching that bp.

I hope you enjoy your druid.
