So i just got this "Fanatic Amulet of Teleporting" from Jamella, the mods are:
1 to Masteries [Barbarians Only)
Level 2 Teleport [25 Charges]

Just wondering what kind of tele-ammy is the best to use?
I mean i havent used it yet but i heard the repair cost is way higher than lvl 1 teleport.

25 charges won't last you long at all, the repair costs will catch up to you very quickly too.

In this case, it would be better to have a Naj's Staff as secondary weapon (69 Charges of Level 11), or possibly a SpellSteel (20 Charges of Level 1).
When the 69 Charges are empty, use a ORT rune and the cube to refull the staff for free :jig: !

To recharge an item with the cube, you have to add some gem as well (I forgot which one).

It's ort + any chipped gem.
