Someone is using my CD-Key

i own the game, im using my key and this happens

There are many explanations for this....
1) You have downloaded a program 3rd or etc that wasnt clean, and therefor someone stole your key
2) During installation you typed in the wrong #
3) You are Dimitri Vasdeki (Yet by factoring your tone, I doubt this is you)
4) Your key was previously banned in the past, and was reactivated in the future, and someone else somehow got it (I doubt this one too, due to your reaction)
5) Someone stole the key from the store
6) Etc

You should register your key, if you already havent, and see how that effects it (I dont know if it will change anything). If the problem presists, as in the person uses your key constantly, I would contact the blizzard technical support, in the chance that they may allow you to send your Diablo II cds to them, and let them deactivate this current key, while sending you a new set of cds and key(s).

Sounds like the Ruske Mafia to me. I knew a Dimitri who went to fed prison in Florida for going to the local University and planting trojans on them that would send to him peoples acct's and passwords (credit, bank). Is he out now? dunno.....

It's also possible (but highly unlikely) that a Password Gen got lucky and picked up a real CD key (yours).

the same thing happened to me. theres a quick easy and cheap way to solve it. Make sure if its the original or expansion cd key. (if its expansion it should say so.) b/c bnet checks both when u login. Then mail ur cdcase along wit the cdkey sticker on it to blizz (the address is on blizz tech support site) and along wit an explanation on that ur cdkey was stolen. They will replace ur cdkey wit a new one and return u the game within a couple of weeks.

This happens to me all the time, even during games. However, I think its just a glitch from battlenet and within minutes (like 3) I can reconnect with no problems

He means a different person, not him is using the cd key. As in the key is being used under a different name, not his own.
