Ok, not really sure what happened.... I live here in Florida, so I've been jumping on and off characters today between cleaning up the yard and trying to get the 4 pine trees that fell on my house off... but anyway, left the game just clicked on the join button, come back and exit out to the select char screen to find my chanter invisible... not a shade or a picture of her, just the name... When I log her in I can see her in her gear, but when I click on the enter chat button and scroll along to see her on the bottom, all I see is my name and no character... If anyone knows what this is, any reply would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I've seen this before, and I actually have no idea what causes this. It could just be lag (Due to Charley) or some other random factor which caused this. None-the-less, this is just a display glitch, and should have no other effect upon game play.

The problem is... I can't join or create a game... I play HC ladder on West and when I log on dead characters, they appear gearless on the enter chat page, but this invisible character appears with her gear... Should I just give up on her and start again or wait it out? What is Charley? Thanks for the welcome by the way...

Wasnt Charley the name of the Hurricane? o.O

For your problem, you should contact blizzard tech support, and explain your situation, this way they can probably fix your problem.

heh, yes, Charley was the name of the hurricane, and the reason I've been working for the past two days cutting up the four pine trees that fell on my house... Anywho found the answer here http://www.blizzard.com/support/?id=adt0238p if anyone else has this problem. Thanks for the help.

I play hardcore, and everytime i die due to lag (Connection interrupted, or a error like unhandled exception) i have that problem, not that it matters cause i'm dead :p
