Double Swing Mana Cost

According to Arreat's Summit, Double Swing requires 0 mana at level 6, however I am using it and I am stil burning up my mana, what is up with this? Does it require I put even more points into it to gain the 0 mana bonuses?

Arreat's Summit just rounded the number... at level 6, the mana required is actually in decimal place.. like 0.x

It goes to 0 at lvl 9

I used to love DS in 1.09. Was it nerfed in 1.10? I have heard that it was.

So far it is working quite well, I never really used it in previous versions. I am pumping it now because this is a frenzy barb.

double swing has been unchanges from .09 to .10

double swing was changed regarding synergies, bash gives it 8% per level and DS provides synergies to frenzy and double throw

I haven't tried DS at a high level, but I can confirm that it doesn't reach zero mana until lvl 9
