The items arent bad if your fighting monsters, but for dueling I dont think you'll last very long at all.

Try getting Gore Riders for boots and Duress is fairly cheap to make as far as armour goes.

A faster weapon would help too.

grizz caddy (or robo zerker but those are expensive)
gores
duress (cheap and godly armor)
and if ur gonna use angleic set prebuff with 2 sojs
have as manay ss gcs and max/ar/life charms

edit: i would also start pumping HoW if u have the skills instead of putting more points into feral rage. gives u a little more flexibility.
