First, these rules are only an extension/clarification of the rpgforums rules posted at www.rpgforums.net (http://www.rpgforums.net/).

Diablo is a game, anyone who bases there life on the outcome of a duel will probably not last long here.

No flaming. I do not know how many ways I can say this. Flaming does include trolling. If someone flames you, it is not okay to retaliate and flame back. It is not needed. Publicly slamming someone is anyway is flaming. Want to say something to someone as a joke? Fine, but make it clear that you are joking. If they do not take it as a joke then it becomes a problem. When in doubt, don’t post it or ask.

Posting links to outsides competitor’s sites is not permitted. This includes any web sites that have forums of any type or sites that have player guides. When in doubt, don’t post it or ask.

As stated in the rules “pimping hacks” is not permitted. Discussion about them is allowed to a point. Yes, maphack is a hack and I will ban for it. When in doubt, don’t post it or ask.

Be sure to be up-to-date about banned items. All of the trade forums have stickies at the top of the forums with trade rules/banned item lists. You can also check out the dupes site atwww.diabloii.net (http://www.diabloii.net/) for a complete list. When in doubt, don’t post it or ask.

ADDED:
When you think there is a problem with a post or thread, please hit that "alert post" button. This sends an email to me within minutes. I try to read all my emails and respond to them about every 6 hours. It should never take more then about 24 hours to repond to the alert. But please remember that I have a life as well. Sometimes I go away for a weekend or take a night off and may not get to them as quickly as I normally would.

I will add more as needed.

You can 'alert post' to moderator by pressing the exclamation mark symbol on top right corner of every post.

Xircon, could you also make 'leet' talk forbidden? It's very annoying to see post what you can't even understand.

I wish I could. But if it is general spam, OT, or offensive, than I can. But as long as it is PvP related and none of those, than not much can be done about it.

Sure, if it is a PvP tourny. Sounds great. Sorry I did not respond sooner.
