I've never been a fan of Jewels, so I say use Stone, CoH, or even an Uped Shaftstop if you want a nice cheap option.
PS: Why does CHAINS of Honor work in QUILTED armor? Silly Blizz.....

i dont think that any of those even remotely compare with 60/60/100...im going for light(everything <100 str) high resists, extremely high life and super, super fast speed...thanks for your opinion, but i definately do not want to wear those

I think you're wrong here. COH gives you 65 resist all more damage versus demon and undead (which in a sense is the same thing as getting a faster attack speed) physical damage reduction and tons of good mods. Like +2 to skill wich means more damage more resist more speed more attack rating more damage... And what are the attack BP for throwing? is 60% IAS really necessary?

69% ias and 138% ias are the 2 bp im considering...chains of honor is so passe...and insanely expensive(granted it is good) i dont wanna be in the mold of normal really...the damage vs demons and undead is rather irrelevant, since thisll prolly be more pvp oriented...

Do you have your weapons yet? If so, what are they?

Duress...
15% CB, 33% OW, 45% cold res, 15% to rest, ED, good def...
Oh and cold dmg..
Not a bad mod on that armor. That's what my WW//throw barb is going to use. My Wolfbarb uses it and so will my Kick/trapper. I love the stuff.

durress was on my radar, but lack of ias really hurts its chances

I would have gone for duress, what you lose in speed you make up in pure power.
Have you considered a Crow Caw?
Socket a 15/15 resist/ias jewel in it and you get resist all, 30%resist all, +dex, OW and FHR. Pretty much what a thrower needs. And you can easily make the 69% bp with that(20/20 glove/helm/ammy)
Are 15/15 jewels common?
