ok... for some weird reason all ladder 2 chars are nonladder and ladder 1 chars are back on the ladder.... this is soooooo messed up! check for urselves ppl if u dont believe me or unless blizz fixed this mess

US.East is randomly going up and down at random less then 15 minute intervals, for everyone (our entire baal game at once, for example, came back 2 minutes later and all had the exact same thing happen)...some people say the botters are being banned. Or ladder is being reset. Or Blizzard is doing this to crash botters and let legit players relogin, or Blizzard is crashing only legit players in attempts to ban the bots. Appease the bots.

Frankly, it's all rumor. One group of people know what is going on: Those at Blizzard. Us minors on battlenet have no real idea. But it's kinda exciting :D

(I hope they are banning the bots)

From what I've heard in the DC channels, a group of hackers had somehow forced all nonladder characters back onto ladder so they could perm a game, drop lots of high/duped items, then after things flipped back to the way they're supposed to be they went and grabbed the nl items with the season 2 ladder characters before the games closed.

Blizzard noticed this very easily, and took all realms offline for a while to fix it/ban the people that did it/delete the moved items/whatever/etc.

Then again, this could just be rumor/BS. Time will tell...

As far ladder now wasnt ruined by bots, it's now totally ruined. Real freaks massively got soj's, botd's, highrunes, all what u want to Ladder.

Ladder 2 is even more messed after 6 weeks than Ladder 1 after 9 months.

The only way to enjoy this game is playing with friends, because the economy .. well .. there is no economy left for legit players.

I think it was ruined by bots, at least twice the ppl are running bots in season 2, as compared to season 1, not to mention, that ppl started running bots like 3 days from day 1 in season 2, while it took like a month or so for season 1.

My understanding is that even though some old non ladder characters were labeled as ladder, they could not enter a game with a "true" ladder character. So items could not be transfered between realms. Check the trade channels. By now you would be seeing tons of 290 poison sc and 2/20/20 sc being traded on ladder.
