Which one to choose?

I did not know where to put this but I ended up here and I here I go.

Which one of those builds are the best allround? Meaning both PvP and PvM.

Wind-Druid
Lightning-Amazon

Assume that I will get the best eq.

At the risk of being flamed by zon lovers/windy haters I will say that Windy can take on more in pvp AND pvm.

Lightning can always be absorbed. Phys cannot.

Nothing in the game will stop a windy with a reapers toll merc(pvm wise).

Lightning zons would have a hard time in any place with a lot of lightning immunes(duh).

But don't play windy just because it can kill more stuff. Play whichever you like more. Lightning zons do fairly good at pvm and pvp, just not quite as well as a windy.



Remember we play this game for fun, not to PWN everyone(at least, some of us do).

Uh yeah a windy would do a lot better by far. Not just for the lack of monsters that can stop him but because he can just tele through anything.


BTW I was in some stupid game with these 2 sorcs(light, blizz) who were like NO ONE CAN BEAT US. First they declair that them 2 against any one of us is fair. But if any of us 2v2 or 2v1 them it's completly noobish and ***. Then they yell at us for using resist (RESIST just 90 for each element) and start saying that resist is ***. So I ask them what a good ammount of resist would be and one of them responds saying that 50 (yes 50%) is fair. Well I almost die laughing then I put on fanat (47, 43 resist without salv) and 1 hit ko the whiney *****s in a 2v1. They spam haha noob and leave. This game is great.

BTW BTW I owned 11 teleing bone necs in a game that were all hacking and using auto aim and maphack and god mode and I was like HAHA! (thats for you blobs)

Windy would do much better overall.

pvm, exluding light immunes, a javzon will kill much faster.

if you have some good skill with a javzon, you can do really well. Most javzons i see in pubbys do one thing: namelock you with cs and run around. Also they are dumb enough to use fury when lightingbolt works much better in most cases.

Is there possible to increase the tornado damage excluding + skill items?

I know that amp and decrepify works with it, but take concentration for an example does it increase tornado damage?

no, besides what u listed, there is no other way to make tornado stronger.
It already does about 6k dmg anyways, which is plenty
