View Full Version : Natalya's set - favorite build - your opinion

I've read the assassin guides that I've seen - in fact I've tried most of the builds, albeit with other equipment. But I finally got the last piece of Natalya's set and would like to give it a whirl. For those who have used it, what did you find the most efficient build for Natalya's set?

Myself, I was considering a Claws of Thunder / Claws of Fire hybrid, but was unsure how viable it'd be with this set. And of course I wasn't sure if using a stormshield or another claw would be best. I have all the uniques and set items that might be required, so whatever works is doable. What do you think? And if you don't like this idea, what build does work better with Natalya's set? Or rather, what do YOU think is the build that works best?

Yes, I'd like to hear multiple opinions. And I'm quite aware that I'll get a lot of 'no build works best' responses, so look at it this way instead; what build do you LIKE best for use with the set? That's 100% subjective, which is what I'd like to hear.

Short responses are just fine - I just want multiple opinions.

Thanks

Well dual claw asns would work best with this set using Dragon claw for their finisher seeing as the kick dmg on the boots is so low, and if your going to go with a dragon claw finisher then elemental is the way to go imo.
in fact my Fire maiden is going to be using nats as some of her final gear (i've made a thread on it though little responce  ).
hope this helped even a little ;)

I use Nat Set with Bartucs, following a build using CM/DC/Venom, some pts in SM (so that slvl is greater than 17), and the rest in FoF against PIs

So I finally traded for my chaos claw and I didnt have the money for Duress, Fury Claw, etc. so instead i am using full Nats and I have to say I am very impressed. I have a very easy time surviving in hell. I can run/ww to baal with no problem from anyone, not even souls. 14% dual leech/3 skills/and ITD on the claw are awesome, its really a great setup. Its amazing to think that a set where I used to throw some of the items away could end up being so useful even in the hardest hell areas.

If you are skeptical, check it out on single player. its a great build. goodluck with whatever you use it for though.

How do you like this style? I've been tempted to do this, but I always figured I'd get bored killing critters one by one. (Although I think I'd have DS as well.) Does it have any advantages over a Taloner?

I LOVE this build (my prefered). With MB for crowd control and if you can Drakul for Life Tap, you can go almost everywhere. Use BF of course against Oblivion Knights ;)

The pb with a DTaloner is that Nat Boots do not deal high amount of damage.

If you want i've got a version of that build in solo mode, so i can send it to you.

Well, I was wondering more how you'd compare it with a Taloner using the proper kicker gear? Definitely not Nat's, I agree.

sorry for hijack btw.

So I suppose I'm going with the dual elementalist. Best I can come up with, I suppose.

Thanks all!

(Any additional opinions, do please let me know)

I went Phoenix with CoT/FoF - worked great! (and I didn't even get to lvl 79)
