How can Occulus be Ethereal? It's a Ring!

Just thought I would post this. This is what it looks like when you wear the desired Ethereal gear on a sorc. Helms aren't transparent, and neither is armor :( It would have been a neat feature if Blizz had given you the "fade" appearance if you wear all Ethereal armors (belts, gloves, helms, boots, etc.)

Mega style points for it though cuz it just looks neat. The Viper has 477 defense and the Lidless has over 500 defense. With Frozen Armor her armor rating goes through the roof (just over 2400). Not bad for a sorc that can wear all of this by 42. And check out that MASSIVE one handed damage!

Well, prior to 1.10 The Oculus was a ring. After the patch Blizzard turned it into an Orb. Kinda like the Azurewrath was a low level Crystal Sword prior to 1.10 and the Constricting Ring was deactivated.

Ah yes, Occy rings. I used to play West SC in 09. One of my friends said "Help me make Occy rings" I hadnt the slightest clue what they were. When he told me more, I FIRMLY rejected. The sorceress i had played wore plain old SOJs, and NEVER wore white pieces.

Interesting how this turned into a er, rather pointless, kinda shallow topic about ethereal items showing off the body of a female (or male, i would suppose, unless you want the straight guy's edition) character, which developed into a nude d2 xpac, then into a post about the male productive organs... that shows a lot about the status of today's Diablo II players.

I don't personally know any people with Japanese in their background, which is odd. Name another Asian culture and I have a list. Chinese, Korean, Thai, Philis, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Laosian, etc. Guess either they don't like the heat down here or they stay inside all the time.
