WHat is the value of shaftstop?

I have not heard this armor mentioned anywhere as far as people trading it now. Is it not as desired any more? I would think an upped shaft would be nice. I found one in mephs yesterday and was wondering what it will go for. Hopefully some of you canhelp me out...thanks in advance for any responses.

Last seasons pricing guides put it between a PUL and an UM.

hmmmm, I would not have thought it would have been worth that much. I have seen occy go for an um...is there any way I could trade that shaft for an occy? I wouldnt think so, probably need something else.
