I know this really shouldnt go in tech support, but this problem really doesnt fit in anywhere. ^^

Whats happening is that I'm writing a program that will allow people to calculate how much Damage, Duration etc theyll do with all of D2's skills, taking into account all Synergys.

So far I've gotten pretty much everything done and just need these damned stats to finish it. It's taken me a whole 4 hours to write, so please dont let my efforts go to waste.

Not much of a link, hope it helps..

http://www.diabloii.net/characters/necromancer/index.shtml

What you do is scroll down, and click the link which asks to view skill tree. From there you can get the dmg per lvl. I don't think synergies are in there. For the other characters click on the links to the right..and rinse and repeat.

Hope it helps

Thanks for the help, but as sods law dictates, I was already looking through the pages, copying and pasting amazons skills when u replied

It should with luck be finished some time tommorow, (or today depending on where you live) then I'm gonna get a few friends to test it, then I'll submit it to this site. Wish me luck, I'll probably need it

Sorry to tell you this, but there's already a nice skill planner available on a website that a lot of people use. We can't link to it though, as it's located on a site that sells D2 items.

Just google for "diablo 2 skill planner", and it should be the very top link.

Pfft, I wouldnt even use that "diablo 2 skill planner" even if I was given $20 to do so. That site is bogus, and they are part of the reason why we have so many complaints on the forums. Try and use the classic specific sections of the forums, they have very many good strategy guides, that you could cut parts out of. Just make sure you give due credit, where credit is due.

Did you even try it out? Why is that site bogus? Everything in that planner is nicely made and correct, as far as I can tell from having used it for a long while.

Hmm you are right, that was rather rude, amongst other things of myself. Yet my opinion still stands, even with such "helpful" things on them, are still... erm... _______ yea.

Well, yea, obviously it would be better if it had been hosted someplace else, but for now, that's what I'm using. If this program that the thread-maker is making proves to be nice and easy to use, I guess I'll use that instead.

See title ;)

But it may be a few more days, working out all of the formulas for all the skills duration damage and so on, then programming them into VB6 is taking a long time to do. I'll post on this topic when it's done though. My guess is that it should be done in about a week.

I've only coded in Javelin and Spear skills so far. 2 of which have had to be entered manually. (Plague and Poison Javelin) The program is already 900 lines long :O

I use http://diablo2.ingame.de/spiel/skills/calc/index.php

BTW, I usually put stuff like this in the statistics forum - those guys are more likely to know these types of links.
