I have a Freezing Arrow/GuidedArrow/MultiShot Zon from 1.09 will she even be a decent PvM killer in hell? also can she even touch someone in PvP?

Depends on her level, those are 3 nice skills to use for Chaos Sanctuary MFing.
If the FA is actually maxed, and the zon is still 60-70 you can level up to about 82 kinda fast in baal runs, which means 10+ synergy points for the FA ... That is, if you want to do damage with FA more than with multishot ...
I know my MFzon is from Diablo 2 Classic (non-LoD) times, then LoD... then 1.10... and she still kills things quite well.. :)

For pvm i think she can still kill, but for pvp i highly doubt it.

thanks guys, i thought she would be otudated in pvp, just as the 07's and 08's were in pthe patch after. thanks guys. So coudl yo utell me what the best PvP Amazon Build is? or has it turned to javazons?

Can't really tell you what the BEST pvp ama is since I'm not much into high-level duels, so my chars get whooped by ANY decent PvP character :)
Though I'd say Charged Strike zons are nasty, uninterriptable 95% chance to hit attack that I just can't seem to absorb either.
Some sort of a hybrid would be cool, some in GA and then "max" Charged Strike or something, would take good equip to work though :)

Hybrid zons, maxed GA and point into jab and lighting fury are the best imo. For druids + necro you can lighting fury their minions to take them out. Then just shoot away, kb is necessary to do very well in duels though. So slap on a Windforce or kb gloves and rest of the gear you should focus on ias, life, resists, and a little bit of dr wont be that bad either.
