My Antipkedness has me holding back, but i am frequently considering PKing any botter, mher...etc that brags abotu thier crap.
God i know this is WRONg for me of all people to consider but is there any way I could possible legitimaze this with my ANTI-PK frineds?

Maybe just bad TPs......hell I dont know as that isnt my bag either.

Stinger, I know you think PK is wrong. But I don't think that you use this argument when people are ruining your game. If they're forcing you to do private runs for your safety, why should they be privilege to your morals/ethics/whatever? Trap the TPs. Trap their WPs. Herd monsters, PK them. Everything goes.

Someone would have to be truly annoying to bad TP. I guess if they are uninvited leecher/bragger/whiner/cheaters they deserve it but it just feels underhanded.
Go and PK if you need to vent some frustration. There are certainly plenty that deserve it. Anything that clears out a few cheaters must have some merit.

I don't know, is it the right (do it) thing for you to do? I mean, all this time (it will make you feel good) you've been against PKing in all of it's (they deserve it, oh yes they do) many forms, and why should you start to go (kill all the nasty hackers, yessssss) against your instincts? Really, it's just a (bunch of silly little ba$tards) game, right? Don't compromise (kill every last one of them) your principals.

If I was a Blizzard employee... I'd auto kill every g'dam low life cheating idiot out there and laugh my arse of doing it. I'd make them have realm down for an hour, then let them see a invisible character before I banned their cd-keys with the message 'You cheat, you lose. Go play monopoly.' displayed all over their screen.
Go PK those you can get, Stinger.

I understand your frustration. But you say it yourself, 'God i know this is WRONg'. Stick by your convictions, don't let others coerce you into doing something that is wrong. It's much better to stick by your convictions. You've condemned PKs for their actions, no matter how justified they thought they were. So if you now join their ranks (even for what seems like justification), you're just being a hypocrit.
I'm with you brother. Even though I despise PKing, I get tempted occasionally. Resist the temptation and do what you know is right.

Battling tops was also much fun and less hazardous than beyblades.

LT: Hungry Hungry Hippos is still fairly new in my books. I recall buying it for my boys only 3-4 years ago...but then many classic games are still on the shelf.
i must admit i love Skukbelly's post and Tolis is right there with it. Thank you Bongo for pushing me towards the "right path".
Shade, I have no remorse kiling or trying to kill assholes as i have done or treid before, but i never really went after anything but PKs, so going after a botter who doesnt PK would be a bit of a tuff one for me i think, but running his mouth might get a poor TP.

Was that a legit PK Phantom? This must of been late last night or today as the poor guy just traded everything he had for his Eagle last night.
You know, this is the whole reason I have always been against PK as it is always the guys that bust thier buts at this game to get somewhere that get slammed like this.

Skipped to the bottom after I read the 5th post.
Stinger, you should develop these ugly thoughts and put them to good use. Do what I do (and I think alot of people). Here is the "What would Brian Boitano do?" list for all HC players to learn and follow.
Bad TPs are acceptable for:
1) People that brag about their wealth
2) People that brag about their TPPK kills
3) People that say, "I have no Maphack, I cannot teleport" - hence, very lame player, a must kill
4) Anyone that talks about their "clan". Maybe this is only my own opinion but I like to really piss people off that have lots of friends. Free no-holds-barred duels ensue usually.
5) Anyone who is less than level 67 in Hell baal runs
6) Anyone who spams "TP" if you are teleporting to the Throne for them. Demanding before I get to a clear spot for you is considered bad manners and should be swiftly punished with a bad TP. Further, like we all don't know to make a TP at the throne?
7) Anyone who demands godly for their Um rune in game. Hell, anyone who tries to TRADE in game for that matter. Go to channels, you slow us up or ruin the run.
8) Bad Barbs that do not attempt to BO the sorc if it is a teleport game immediately. Spending our precious time while you buy pots at Malah, repair at Larzuk, or Gamble at Anya and then making your way to WS 2 wp is grounds for punishment. This applies to other questing aspects of the game.
9) People that ask to see your gear, or tell you what you are wearing. Includes those that compliment you on your perfect Snarko or perfect Death's Fathom. Either way, they are nosy and must be dispensed with.
10) Anyone that uses the word Noob to describe another player's gear. Grounds for the death penalty.
11) Racist, Sexual, or just Bad Language - Death Penalty
12) Anyone that discusses where to get the latest hacks
13) Two words - Get Leg
Reasons to hostile and hunt:
1) Any of the above 13 reasons for bad TPs
2) Boredom
3) Annoyed with any particular player for any reason
4) You don't like a character's name
5) You don't like a character's build
6) The necro wouldn't cast Lower Resist for your sorc OR cast Decrepify/Amp for your Barb
7) The sorc thought it would be funny to teleport Chaos Sanc to "survey" the area, only to activate 100+ monsters and bring them all towards you.
8) The amazon is lagging you
9) The barbarian looks like you could take him
10) The paladin isn't using Blessed Hammer
11) The druid hasn't learned Oak yet
12) The assassin is casting too many traps, thus lagging you by 10 or more fps
13) You have max resists and 2500 life, and you are a sorc :thumbsup:
14) The party is completely dependent upon your leadership... hence they sit back and enjoy the free xp
15) Someone do ancients for me! Someone assist with Ancients! (very very very simple process, get them to Arreat, let them activate, you go to town, hostile, and teleport back to Arreat and assist the Ancients, hence becoming the fourth Ancient)
16) Anyone who tries to kill my friends Andariel, Duriel, Mephisto, Diablo, and Baal
17) Anyone who camps a character in the corner on a second computer in a Baal run, oh, that's a fun kill. Annoys the hell out of the high level sorc!
18) Anyone who camps in the corner and says, "AFK, watch my char"
19) Anytime you see a friend in a game, and you are on a character/account that they do not know about. Excellent fun, and if you kill them you can leave and come back with your regular character they know and LOL with them.
20) It's your birthday and you are trying to collect 1 ear for every year
21) They won't give into your demands. Like, "I need 300k from every player here or I'll kill all of you".
22) The old standby, they pick up that Grand Charm that dropped that belonged to you.
23) They picked up that Grand Charm that dropped that DIDN'T belong to you.
Gosh, the list could go on. But you know what? That list is culled from personal experience, which I've always used when determining whether or not to go Hostile or Bad TP. Learn the difference people!
Conner, I think that simple list of reasons is all that anyone would need to select to not game with you as frankly you have no reason to not hostile anyone at any time and that is pretty good info to have.
Honesty is not something you get every day so thank you. O BTW if you see me be sure to say hi, i would likek to know if you are around! :)

Honestly, I can't think of a reason NOT to hostile. If I could be any race from Star Trek, I would probably choose Klingon. Worf is still my favorite character and I ask myself the following before I hostile:
"Is today a good day to die?"
and for some reason the answer is always:
"Yes, today IS a good day to die!"
Of course I always do the Klingon Death Rites immediately upon killing a fellow character. Scares the dogs for some reason.

I too usually shy away from PKing, I duel on occasion.. but im mostly a harmless PvM player. However, if I am in game with an espcially obnoxious person who is bragging on their hacks or bot or w/e... then its a diffirent story. A few nights ago such a sorc was in game teleing for our baal runs. Generally being a complete *** and talking about how great her pindlebot was.. so I hopped the wp when she went to get Bo and struck her down with my barb. Vigilante Justice never felt so good.

14) Anyone who has a clan tag in their name.
Clan tags are so unnecessary. I'm GDI, always have been with online gaming. The term Clan reminds me too much of the problems in the Old South. And people use tags like the Klan. And they make empty threats like the Klan. "I'll get my clan to chase you down and kill you!" Also reminds me of college and those frats and sororities. I always hated exclusive groups...
Maybe I'm off base and some of you are into your group. Still, as mentioned in #4, I like people with friends.
