What should my stats be for a sc pvm lightning trapsin?
The only stats i can think of that she needs is vitality and enough strength for item-reqs. Should i put points into energy? And what about dex?
As little as possible in str/dex. The only exception is if you plan on adding a kick or claw (blade fury) attack to suppliment trap damage. You can get items with +mana, so don't worry about energy; leave it at base.

Im gonna be a pure lightning trapsin cuz ill be playing with a Meteorb sorc.
So i should only put points into dex and str for equip and the rest into vitality?
If im gonna use 2 claws should i invest some points into WB?
It feels kinda useless overall since im not gonna approach any kind of monster.
I say only put 1 into WB if you are doing PvM. If you're with a Meteorb sorc, then focus on light traps, and add a single point into all shadow skills (except venom). Extra points go into Shadow Master. Whether you boost the shadow early or late is up to you, but I like having a strong tank.
May not be an expert when it comes to assassins, only currently have a level 63 trapper who just completed act 3 nightmare on players 8, but I've got my strength and dex up to 79, and added everything else to vitality. 79 is sufficient for most decent claws, added 2 points to each one in early levels since melee is still necessary. Some into energy would be alright for softcore, but +mana items are fairly common, and potions are abound. Collecting a few set pieces, Angelic for example, can readily double your mana total in early-mid game.
