I'm guessing PvP. Instead of lightning fury, i'd just go with lightning bolt. Save myself 2 skill pts while gaining a fairly effective elemental dmg source.

I see one big flaw in the build, even with that kind of dexterity your AR will be very low and you won't be hitting high def builds.

Move some skill points and max penetrate.

you DO NOT need AR for this build.
use lighting bolt instead of lighting fury.

only multi will need ar and u will only use it vs casters with low d anyways.

other than that, ur build looks good.

you shouldnt have wasted points for lf thou.

if u need more life, you should get a cta/sigons/lidless on switch vs stuff like necros where ur javs wont help.

the problem with lightning bolt is that its pretty weak... even with upped ethereal titans revenge... ill only be doing like 3k lightning damage, i only throw my javs when im facing chargers or people i seriously need block with. lf, costs 3 mana more and it is all physical with a bit of lightning damage added in. im not sure, i tested both, but i cant really figure out which one to use.

I have never been beaten by a pure dex zon, and my zon is pure vita, but thats just me and my way of dueling. Overall your build looks pretty good.
