while alot of good builds like vts liberators works well in sc doesn't mean it works in hc. how do you think a v/t or a liberator fare against a pure deck out charger
forget about a barb
v/t = stack resist + absorb your basically screw
liberator = the charger's vigor out speed your hammers his charge > your charge
This is taken from the 'HC dueling vs SC dueling" thread.

Would someone else please explain to me since when can you be so fast that you can actually dodge your way through a hammer field flawlessly? I'm not sure if this is what senji is getting at, but that's what I'm getting from his post. "charger's vigor out speed your hammers"

Also, I'd like some other v/ts to explain thier encounters with people that negate their FoH.

to simply put vigor causes desync and if the pure charger get a hit your mostly dead. a decent hc dueler is just not stupid enough to charge in to your hammer fields

Liberators are notorious for being able to desynch as well. I think desynch hammers are something more to worry about than a desynch charger. However, consider this. If I just spam hammers while standing still, what are you going to do as a pure charger? You are going to lose unless the hammerdin gets impatient and gives you a chance by moving around a bit. Even then, he can simply stay within his hammerfield and make overlapping hammer fields.

Its been said a million times and I don't think anyone (HC or SC) will argue that Hammerdin vs any melee, the hammerdin wins 95% of the time. Chances increase greatly with Enigma, but even that is still a gamble and favors the Hammerdin.

the thing with desynching hammers, is that theyre invisible, so people tend to just die. fun stuff me like

the vigor-charge, however for me, seems to desynch so that people have no idea where i am. therefore, i can just shift-charge up to them and spam hammer till obilivion.

pure chargers can do well against casters, however vs a hammerdin or variant, its near suicide. but the desynching can play a major role for the charger and he may get a good shot in IF that hammerdin is silly enough to run.
