FB Build? Viable?

Hey guys, I am horribly bored of every single class except the one class that has has always kept me not-bored. I am trying a new type of build since blizzard make MA assassins into WW barbs -_-.

I hear fireblast is quite the attack. I read doc's post and he gave a dmg quote around 3000-4000 dmg.. That sounds like a pretty good amount of DmG, and even moreso, I could use several Fire facet jewels. Question: do firefacet jewels effect the damage in a serious way? or would it be wiser to spend my time trying to get + skills. I assume that the -5 fire resist and +5% fire dmg would do quite a bit :D. Well, thanks for the support.

Given FB gets a huge amount of synergy skills, I would assume Fire Facets help a great deal(as the +% Fire Damage acts the same way Fire Mastery does, after synergies are applied. -%resists may not be useful against very high resist opponents, however, unless you use them in bulk).

DOC would be a better person to ask, though. ;)

Fire blast is a great skill is upgraded properly, but a FB build is not a substantial build for a well rounded character. I would make a LS trapper that uses FB as its secondary skill.

Well LS's syns the the same as FB's so you essentially be making a trapper
