venom for kickasin - does it work???

Can someone tell me if venom works with kicks or not? because I have seen some 1.10 builds for a kickasin and they say it does and I have tested it too but I could be wrong so help!!! thanks!

To add on to that apparently it shows up on dtail in char but thats it. It is added onto dflight and dtalon too.

you mean it doesn't show up on how much dmg I do?? because I put venom on and it doesn't add any dmg. Just wanted to know if I should max venom for a kicker?? any help would be appreciated thanks!

Venom works wonders on a kicker. There is a display bug where any magic/elemental/poison damage added to your kicks is not displayed in the character screen. This damage is applied to the kicks themselves. If you want proof, kick a monster with venom applied - it will turn green (unless you have cold damage to turn it blue).

I am glad that someone else asked. I was really unsure, as even on the Blizzard website (Arreat Summit) it says that venom does not work with kicks. I will have to try a couple without cold charms to see the green for my own peace of mind.

I don't think that all of the kicksin guides would recommend max venom if it didn't apply to kicks. I guess that I just needed to hear it directly.
