would superior (14ED 2 AR) 3 soc scissor katars be better than plain 3 soc blade talons (I think?) I know the blade talons are faster but scissor katars are stronger already and with the 14% ed it's just that much more.

if you can hit the same breakpoint with the scissors as blade talons, go with them, otherwise, go with speed.

the req on scissors is 10 more (5str 5 dex) and its only 1 better avg dmg,, there really is not much of an advantage at all.

you can hit 7 frames, buff bos to 5 and use 30ias
or if u get a 10ias scissor u can hit 40ias and get away with bos 4

the blade talons have weapon speed of -20, the scissors katar speed is -10.
If ur scissors katar has + 10% IAS does that make them the same speed? (-20)??
