sure do. you can only upgrade in ladder.

What're the stats on the up'ed titans? Is it even worth the runes? Most of your damage comes from the lightning, unless I'm mistaken.

I did a damage calculation on a 185% a while ago:

174-332 throw
153-280 one-hand

It's not particularly useful for a ranger, but it's great for PvP or melee.

Its worth upgrading for the Jabbing. Combine it with gore riders and BANGBANGBANG -.-

Osushi, upgrading is also worth it because Javazons don't usually have a lot of physical damage to leech life and mana, and upgrading helps that.
