Demonlimb's Enchant Charge -bug?

I wonder whether anyone else has expirienced this wierd kinda thing that I've run into when trying to use Demonlimb's (unique Tyrant club) Enchant charges.

I keep my Demonlimb in my weapon switch and after I've swapped my primary weapon and shield to Demonlimb to Enchant myself, my game crashes immediately at the very moment I swap the Enchant skill to my secondary attack. I just get the black screen saying "Your connection has been interrupted".

However, I succeed in enchanting myself without any problems if I first throw the Demonlimb on the ground and then pick it up and cast the enchant.

So, has anyone else experienced this bug?

No but I'll try it myself on my Avenger tonight. Post your char, equipement, etc, there may be something else that's a contributing factor.

My pala's a Frost Zealot with Gris set, Dracul's, Gorerider's, Ravefrost, Bul ring, Highlord's and Orphan's belt.

My Fanata Zealot has used demon limb with pretty much all combinations of HoZ/ SS/ Exile/ 4 psapphire shield
Botd Zerk / Eth Botd Warspike
Shako/ CoA
GA/ Various Stone Armors
Goreriders
Dracs

Ive never had a problem. I usually keep it in my inventory or even in my stash and just go back and enchant though but i have had it on my switch before. How many times has this happened? If it has only happened say twice fairly close together then its probably just coincidence and your internet is playing up. Obviously if its happened more times with a while between each one thats alot less likely.

Edit: just a thought. do you carry anything else with enchant charges. If you have 2 possible enchant sources that might cause a problem.

I think it's the only item my char's wearing with Enchant charges.

And it has happened, say, 10 times before I've started to drop&pick the weapon. (which disables this bug)

It may be that the item is bugged. Try it with a different Demonlimb, if possible, or give yours to a friend and see if he crashes.
