PvP Zon help plz!

I am goin to make a Pvp Bowazon for my next character. I need your help on telling me what skills to get and what items shoudl I wear. I already got CoH.

Well i am also so my pvp zon is now level 43. I am planning to max GA and MS. For passive and magic skill of course max CS and for melees max dodge. So by now there is 80 skills used then the rest will go to jab and lightning bolt, penetrate. This i my plan so it may be wrong! But i ve been reading all the forums about it. For weapons Botd or wf (your choice, i asked and it turned up into a mess) as for a switch put titans/ss. For Armor coh can go with a good shako!

Storm, where should the stat points be spent? All go into Dex or all go into Vit? Thanks.

most should be dex.
aim for 1k life (including charms) then put rest in dex.

or if u plan on getting alot of life scs and a cta, u can aim for all dex
